Eat, Play, Yoga in Bali – The Aftermovie 2015

To my Follow The Sun angels:
and Vilien;

As we were about to embark on our Bali adventure from Cape Town International Airport on 23 June, I posted this quote with one of my Instagram photos:

“Travel brings power and love back into your life.” – Rumi

It couldn’t have been more appropriate as my two weeks in Bali felt like a month. I returned to wintery Cape Town with a happy heart, filled with power and love – thanks to you ladies. I feel humbled, grateful and inspired to follow my sunshine in different aspects of my life so from my sunshiny heart, thank you all for an incredible Bali journey.

This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for – the Aftermovie. Drumroll please…

Thanks Sharni for your video footage and to my colleague ‘The Chad‘ for doing such a great editing job. Not too shabby for a first home-made video! I look forward to producing more in the future.

Follow the sun, keep shining and never deny your magic!
